This recently modernized apartment will accommodate 4 people, spectacular views of our beautiful Bil Bil castle and views of the beach.

The living room is beautifully decorated and has a large 4-seater sofa bed. From the living room we can access the terrace where we can enjoy the views of this wonderful apartment.

Located at the front of this apartment, you will find its spacious air-conditioned bedroom, where you will wake up to enjoy those impressive views and access to its terrace.

A few steps from the room is a spacious and recently modernised clean bathroom.

The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.

Full access to common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, sun loungers (additional charge), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc.

The building has lifts.

Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.

Full access to common areas such as the 5 swimming pools with slides, gardens, sunbeds (for a fee), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open from Monday to Sunday.

Gym: It is a private venue and applies its rates. Benalcoast Properties has no access to discounts or any special treatment. Please consult directly with the responsible company.

SWIMMING POOLS: Only one swimming pool will remain open during the winter season. Due to maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)

The opening hours of the swimming pools and slides may vary according to the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for the closure of the swimming pools.

PARKING: Parking spaces subject to availability.

Tourist options in Benalmádena:

- Benalmádena Sea Life Aquarium: Located in the marina of Benalmádena, it is a conservation and protection centre for sharks inaugurated in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.

- Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and Penguin Habitat: Park that houses the only Dolphinarium and Ice Penguin Habitat in Andalusia.

It is 1.3 km from the Arroyo de la Miel train station to Benalbeach: The Atenas gym is in the complex with daily and weekly rates that you can consult directly with them. Taxi and bus stops are located at the entrance of the complex.

In order to guarantee the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable guarantee deposit. Nevertheless, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to offer you a calm and worry-free experience.

This bright and functional apartment is ideal for enjoying peaceful holidays near the sea. It has a practical layout and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
