It has magnificent sea views from all windows and the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room with TV and satellite (signal depending on the community), 5 communal swimming pools, gardens, a gym with spa and jacuzzi, a beauty centre and a supermarket, just 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants.

This apartment has an open-plan feel, with one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed included.

The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.

Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.

The Benal Beach complex is located right in front of the beach and 5 minutes walking from Paloma Park. It also has a wide range of facilities for you to enjoy during your stay, including... 5 community pools, a pool bar, tropical gardens, a gym.

Access to the complex by car is allowed through the gates, which are controlled by reception (please ring the bell).

Community satellite TV, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for, nor do we have control over signal loss.

Gym in the building, with a supplement, paid directly at the gym.

CHECK-IN: 24-hour reception. Entry at any time from 3:00 pm (except from 15 June to 15 September, entry from 4:00 pm). Early entry before the official time, upon request and with a supplement of €20 if possible.

SWIMMING POOLS: Only one swimming pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaids' pool (heated to 23°)

The opening hours of the swimming pool and slide may vary according to the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closures.

The swimming pool is surrounded by spacious gardens that include shaded areas. There is also a gym / spa (with additional charge) and a supermarket (only during summer months).

The building has lifts.

Total access to the communal areas such as the 5 swimming pools with slides, gardens, sunbeds (payable), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open from Monday to Sunday.

- Benalmádena Sea Life Aquarium - Located in the marina of Benalmádena, this is a conservation and protection centre for sharks inaugurated in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.

- Dolphinarium and Penguin of Selwo Marina - Park that houses the only Dolphinarium and Ice Penguin in Andalusia.

There are 1.3 km from the Arroyo de la Miel train station to Benalbeach: Atenas Gym is in the complex with daily and weekly rates that you can consult directly with them. Taxi and bus stops are located at the entrance of the complex.
