29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

It has magnificent sea views from all the windows and terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room with TV and satellite, 5 communal pools, gardens, a gym with spa and jacuzzi, a beauty centre and a supermarket, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants.

This apartment has an open-plan feel, with one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed included.
The Benal beach complex is located right in front of the beach and a 5-minute walk from Paloma Park. It also has a wide range of facilities for you to enjoy during your stay, including... 5 communal pools, a pool bar, tropical gardens, a gym.
Access to the complex by car is allowed through the gates, which are controlled by reception (please ring the bell).
Communal satellite TV, subject to communal signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.
Gym in the building, with a supplement, paid directly at the gym.
POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will vary between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)
Pool and slide opening hours may vary by season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closures.
