CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Located in Pueblo Evita, Benalmádena Costa. The apartment is just a few steps from the street. However, the apartment has a beautiful view in another direction.
Two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen-living room, 60 square metres and an 18 square metre terrace with a wide view of the pool area and the city. The sea is also visible.
Pueblo Evita has a large pool area and an indoor pool. Evita has two restaurants; a British-style breakfast and lunch restaurant and a praised pizzeria with a stone oven next to the pools.
Furnished in Scandinavian style. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a dishwasher, coffee and water makers, stove and oven, microwave, toaster and tableware. The bathroom has a washing machine. The apartment also includes a safe and smart TV. Wifi, air conditioning and heating, electricity and bed linen are included in the price.
Pets are welcome.
Pools are open ONLY seasonally (seasonal requirements for temporary closure due to bad weather are not considered)
The community borders Avenida las Palmeras, which has numerous restaurants, including the owners' favourite Da Checco&Paola, which offers Italian food and Argentine steaks. McDonald's can also be found.
Across from Pueblo Evita on Av. las Palmeras is a large Mercadona supermarket.
The beach (Santa María, the area's best) is about 400 metres away. Beach chairs can be rented there. A pedestrian walkway is located right by the sea. Benalmádena's praised marina (Puerto Marina) is a pleasant walk along the beach. The pedestrian walkway has numerous restaurants and the marina also has shops.
There is a taxi stand on Av. las Palmeras. Buses from the beach road (Avenida del Sol) go to Torremolinos, Fuengirola and Málaga. The nearest train station is in Arroyo de la Miel, about a kilometre away. From there, there are good connections to Fuengirola, Málaga airport and Málaga city centre.
The surrounding area has several golf courses, with the nearest being the respected Torrequebrada Golf.
We inform our customers that the blocks near the apartments are under construction, so we will not accept complaints related to this.
Pool schedule and calendar subject to community decision. The dates we have put are indicative and subject to change. No complaints will be accepted on this matter.
