Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.

CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 pm (except from 15 June to 15 September - entry from 4 pm onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of €20 if possible.

SWIMMING POOLS: Only one swimming pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance purposes, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°C)

Opening hours for swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closures.

Benalbeach is one of the best-located holiday complexes in the Benalmádena area, due to its short distance to the beach, seafront promenade, Marina Port and Arroyo de la Miel centre, where the best restaurants in the area are located.
Due to its location, just in front of the well-known Paloma Park, it is of special attraction for families with children, nature lovers and those seeking tranquillity, as well as those who do not wish to depend on a vehicle for their travels, since local supermarkets, restaurants and services are less than five minutes walking distance.
There is a pharmacy just opposite the complex, taxi and bus stops.

Benalbeach is located in the coastal area, very close to the centre, so the distances to travel are short and it is not necessary to have a vehicle to enter the leisure areas, centre and amenities.

Tourist animation in Benalmádena:

- Sea Life Aquarium - Located in Puerto Marina, it is a conservation and protection centre for sharks inaugurated in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.

- Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and Penguin Park, which contains the only dolphinarium and penguin exhibit in Andalusia.

The complex is located 1.3 km from the Arroyo de la Miel train station. The Athens gym in the complex has a spa and sauna. There are taxi and bus stops at the entrance of the complex. Taxi service from Benalbeach to the airport: 20-25.
