This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with kitchen, living room with sofa bed, and a beautiful terrace with barbecue is located in the coveted Pueblo Evita community, making it the ideal place to enjoy your vacation. The apartment has a magnificent location where you will find bars, restaurants, and supermarkets very close by. It is also worth noting that it is close to the beach, approximately 700 m or a 10-minute walk from our beautiful beaches of Benalmádena.
Pueblo Evita is one of the few communities that offers a jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as an on-site restaurant/bar, a children's club, and evening entertainment (subject to community decisions on opening/closing).
The complex and apartments have a charming Andalusian village-style, and the apartment offers an exceptionally large open terrace with a southwest orientation and sun until late afternoon.
The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in the center of Arroyo de la Miel, also a short drive away. Those who vacation in Benalmádena every year are likely to repeat their bookings in this complex, and this particular apartment is especially interesting as there is no elevator in Pueblo Evita, and the apartment has the advantage of being on the first floor, while having a spectacular unobstructed view of the city, the mountain, and the sea.
