The complex and the apartments have a charming Andalusian style similar to a village and the apartment offers an exceptionally spacious dining terrace with southwest orientation and sun until the afternoon.
Additionally, it benefits from a variety of restaurants / stores, tennis club and the best beach (Santa María) just a 15-minute walk away.
The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in the city center of Arroyo de la Miel, also a short drive away. Those vacationing in Benalmádena each year are likely to repeat bookings at this complex, this specific apartment is particularly interesting since there is no elevator in Pueblo Evita, the apartment benefits from being on the first floor, but having a spectacular open view of the town, mountain and sea.
