This recently modernized apartment will accommodate 4 people, spectacular views of our beautiful Bil Bil castle and beach views.

The living room is beautifully decorated and has a large 4-seater sofa bed. From the living room we can access the terrace where we can enjoy the views of this wonderful apartment.
Located at the front of this apartment, you will find its spacious air-conditioned bedroom, where you wake up to enjoy those stunning views and access to your terrace.
Just steps from the bedroom is a recently modernized large clean bathroom.
Full access to common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, Sunbeds (additional charge), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc.
The building has elevators.

POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will vary between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)
The opening hours of the pools and slides may vary according to the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for the closure of pools.
PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.
Community satellite TV, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.

- Benalmádena Sea Life Aquarium - Located in the Benalmádena marina, it is a conservation and protection center for sharks opened in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.
- Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and Penguin - Park that houses the only Dolphinarium and Ice Penguin in Andalusia.
It is 1.3 km from Arroyo de la Miel train station to Benalbeach: Atenas Gym is in the complex with daily and weekly rates that you can check directly with them. Taxi and bus stops are located at the same entrance to the complex.
