When you enter this loft, you are greeted by a recently modernized kitchen and dining room that are equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine and dining table for 4 people.

To the front of the kitchen is its large open-plan living room that is filled with light from the large doors that lead to the private terrace. The living room is beautifully decorated and has a large 3-seater sofa, air conditioning, and a fold-out single bed.

Take a step onto your large private terrace at any time of the day where you'll find an outdoor dining room for 2 people. Here you can enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the Gardens.

Located at the front of this apartment is its spacious double room with air conditioning, separated from the living room with a sliding door for privacy. In it, you wake up to enjoy those breathtaking views. A large double wardrobe, and access to your terrace.

Just a few steps from the bedroom is a large, recently modernized bathroom that's clean, bright, and has a large glass-covered shower with plenty of space for your toiletries, etc.

Full access to common areas such as the 5 swimming pools with slides, gardens, hammocks (additional charge), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc.

There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open from Monday to Sunday. (Closed in winter)

CHECK-IN: 24 hour reception. Entry at any time from 3 p.m. (except from June 15 to September 15 - admission from 4 p.m.). Check-in before the official check-in time, on request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.

SWIMMING POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will vary between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23º)

The opening hours of swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for the closure of swimming pools.

PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.

Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.
