The official capacity of the apartment is 2 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of up to 4 people, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.

Gym: It is a private facility and applies its rates. Benalcoast Properties has no access to discounts or any special treatment. Please consult directly with the responsible company.

We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.

CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.

POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)

The opening hours of pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closure.

Benalbeach is one of the best-located vacation complexes in the Benalmádena area, due to its short distance to the beach, boardwalk, Marina Port and Arroyo de la Miel center, where the best restaurants in the area are located.
Due to its location, just in front of the well-known Paloma Park, it is of special attraction for families with children, nature lovers and those seeking tranquility, as well as those who do not want to depend on a vehicle for their travels, since local supermarkets, restaurants and services are less than five minutes walking.
There is a pharmacy right in front of the complex, taxi and bus stops.

Benalbeach is located in the coastal area, very close to the center, so the distances to travel are short and it is not necessary to have a vehicle to enter the leisure areas, center, and amenities.

In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to offer you a peaceful and worry-free experience.

This studio apartment in Benalmádena has capacity for 2 people. Accommodation of 29 m².
