Charming and flirtatious renovated studio with a warm atmosphere, ideal for summer vacations and winter stays in a coastal area, facing the sea.
The Benalbeach complex, located in front of the beach, just 15 minutes' walk from Puerto Marina and less than 5 minutes' walk to the beach, restaurants, Parque de la Paloma and supermarkets.
It has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, shower and sofa bed.
Located on the seventh floor, in a building with an elevator and stairs, it enjoys sea views and panoramic views ideal for enjoying sunny breakfasts and refreshing dinners.
It only accommodates two adults.
Complex with free parking (subject to availability in the high season months: from June to September).
Access to the premises through a barrier controlled by the reception or security of the complex itself.
Free access to the complex's pools, although in high season access cards will need to be delivered on the day of arrival.
Wifi zone in the restaurant.
Supermarket on the ground floor.
Trash room on the ground floor.
24-hour reception.
POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will vary between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°).

Due to its location, right in front of the well-known Parque de la Paloma, it is of special attraction for families with children, nature and tranquility lovers, as well as those who do not want to depend on a vehicle for their trips, since in less than five minutes walking you can find local supermarkets, restaurants and services.
There is a pharmacy right in front of the complex, as well as taxi and bus stops.
