This recently modernised apartment has capacity for 4 people and is complemented by a large corner terrace facing southeast that has the most impressive views of Benalmádena beach. You can enjoy breakfast under the morning sun while enjoying the spectacular coastal views.

At the front of the kitchen is its large open-plan living room that fills with light from the large doors leading to the private terrace. The living room is beautifully decorated and has a large 4-seater sofa bed and air conditioning.

Large private terrace to enjoy at any time of the day where you will find an outdoor dining area for 4 people. Here you can enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the beach of Benalmádena.

Located at the front of this apartment is its spacious double bedroom with air conditioning, where you wake up to enjoy those impressive views. A large double wardrobe, and access to its terrace.

Just a few steps from the bedroom, there is a large recently modernised bathroom that is clean, bright and has a toilet and a shower with plenty of space for toiletries, etc.

We inform that the building staff, including reception, swimming pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, are not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.

Full access to common areas such as the 5 swimming pools with slides, gardens, sun loungers (additional charge), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open from Monday to Sunday.

Access to the complex by vehicle is permitted through the barriers, which are controlled by reception (please ring the bell).

The building has lifts.

Total access to the communal areas such as the 5 swimming pools with slides, gardens, sunbeds (for a fee), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open from Monday to Sunday. (Closed in winter)

CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 pm (except from 15 June to 15 September - entry from 4 pm onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of €20 if possible.

SWIMMING POOLS: Only one swimming pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance purposes, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°C)

Opening hours for swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closures.

PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.

Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.

Gym in the building, with supplement, direct payment at the gym.

Tourist animation in Benalmádena:

- Sea Life Aquarium - Located in Puerto Marina, it is a conservation and protection center for sharks inaugurated in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group.

In order to guarantee the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable guarantee deposit. Nevertheless, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to offer you a calm and worry-free experience.

This charming apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and a beautiful terrace with barbecue. Located in the coveted community of Pueblo Evita, it is the ideal place to enjoy your holidays. The apartment has a magnificent location where you will find bars, restaurants and supermarkets very close. It is also worth noting that it is near the beach, approximately 700 m or 10 minutes walk from our beautiful beaches of Benalmádena.

Pueblo Evita is one of the few communities that offers jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as an on-site restaurant/bar, a children's club and evening entertainment (subject to community decisions about its opening/closing).

The complex and the apartments have a charming Andalusian style similar to a village and the apartment offers an exceptionally spacious open terrace with southwest orientation and sun until late afternoon.

The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in the centre of Arroyo de la Miel, also at a short driving distance. Those who spend their holidays in Benalmádena every year are likely to repeat bookings in this complex, this particular apartment is especially interesting since there is no lift in Pueblo Evita, the apartment has the advantage of being on the first floor, while having a spectacular clear view of the city, the mountain and the sea.

Benalcoast Properties has no decision-making power over this service and does not receive official notification in case of changes. Therefore, we are not responsible for modifications to the calendar or opening hours, whether by decision of the community or by any other circumstance beyond our management.

The indicated dates are indicative and are subject to change without prior notice. The pool opening is only guaranteed until the end of August.

No claims related to:

- The swimming pool calendar or schedules,

- Possible access restrictions (for whatever reason), which must be respected at all times.

- Pueblo Evita does not have a lift or disabled access. No complaints will be accepted regarding this matter.
Pueblo Evita only has street parking, subject to availability.
