Pueblo Evita is one of the few communities that offers jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as restaurant / bars, children's club, and nighttime entertainment. The complex and apartments have a charming Andalusian village-like style and the apartment offers an exceptionally spacious dining terrace with southwest orientation and sun until the afternoon. Additionally, it benefits from a variety of restaurants / stores, tennis club, and the best beach (Santa María) just a 15-minute walk away. The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in the city center of Arroyo de la Miel, also a short drive away. Those vacationing in Benalmádena each year are likely to repeat bookings in this complex, this specific apartment is particularly interesting since there is no elevator in Pueblo Evita, the apartment benefits from being on the first floor, but having a spectacular open view of the town, mountain, and sea.
