This recently modernised apartment sleeps 4 and is completed by a large southeast facing corner terrace that has the most impressive views of Benalmadena beach. You can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun while taking in the spectacular coastal views.

Large private terrace to enjoy at any time of day where you will find an outdoor dining area for 4 people. Here you can enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean and Benalmadena beach.
Located at the front of this apartment is your spacious double bedroom with air conditioning, where you wake up to enjoy those stunning views. A large double wardrobe, and access to your terrace.
Just steps from the bedroom is a recently modernised large bathroom that is clean, bright and has a bath and shower with plenty of space for your toiletries, etc.
Full access to communal areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, sun loungers (additional charge), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open 7 days a week.
Vehicle access to the complex through the barriers, which are controlled by reception (please ring the bell).
The building has lifts.

POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)
Pool and slide opening times may vary by season and are not dependent on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closures.
PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.
Communal satellite TV, subject to communal signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.
