This apartment is located in the Torrequebrada area of Benalmádena, a very quiet place to enjoy a relaxing vacation, our pleasant apartment is close to the beach (10 minutes walk).

It is also located near the Torrequebrada golf course.

1. Currently and as of April 6, 2024, the restrictions are maintained, updated and communicated on 14/03/2024 to the owners. These measures include the prohibition of filling and/or refilling swimming pools in homeowners' associations, even if it is with water from bucket trucks. The filling and refilling of seawater pools is only authorised if the installation is properly adapted and certified.
This community does not have an elevator or access for people with reduced mobility. (Our apartment is located on the ground floor, but the entrance to the building is one step up from the sidewalk).
Pools opening hours may differ depending on the season and does not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor we cannot accept any claims due to this matter.
