Pueblo Evita is a charming closed holiday complex built in a typical Andalusian style and is located next to Selwo Marina, Paloma Park and a short walk from the beach.

The complex is very popular for many reasons. It is perfect for family holidays with its indoor heated swimming pool, the Club House restaurant, 2 large family pools and a supermarket on site that specializes in English products.

This charming apartment is located on the second floor, consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and has just been renovated in 2021 with a new kitchen. Bathroom, Sofa bed and Furniture. Located in the coveted community of Pueblo Evita, this is the perfect place to stay and enjoy your holidays.

Pueblo Evita is one of the few communities that offers jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as restaurant / bars, children's club and night entertainment.

The complex and the apartments have a charming Andalusian style similar to a village and the apartment offers an exceptionally spacious dining terrace with southwest orientation and sun until the afternoon.

Moreover, it benefits from a variety of restaurants / shops, tennis club and the best beach (Santa María) just a 15-minute walk away.

The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in the city centre of Arroyo de la Miel, also a short drive away. Those vacationing in Benalmádena each year are likely to repeat bookings in this complex, this specific apartment is particularly interesting since there is no lift in Pueblo Evita, the apartment benefits from being on the first floor, but having a spectacular open view of the town, mountain and sea.

We inform our customers that the blocks near the apartments are under construction, therefore, we do not accept claims in this regard.

No claims will be accepted regarding swimming pool hours and possible access restrictions, which must be respected at all times, which equally applies to any type of community resources, such as the jacuzzi and/or heated swimming pools.

The opening and usage hours of the swimming pool depend exclusively on the homeowners' association.
Benalcoast Properties has no decision-making power over this service and does not receive official notification in case of changes. Therefore, we are not responsible for modifications to the calendar or opening hours, whether by decision of the community or by any other circumstance beyond our management.

The indicated dates are indicative and are subject to change without prior notice. The pool opening is only guaranteed until the end of August.

- The swimming pool calendar or schedules,

- Possible access restrictions (for whatever reason), which must be respected at all times.
- Pueblo Evita does not have a lift or access for disabled people. No complaints will be accepted on this matter.
- Pueblo Evita only has street parking, subject to availability.
- The air conditioning in this apartment has an automatic timer as an energy-saving measure. Please note that no claims related to this functionality will be accepted.

CHECK-IN: We leave a padlock, with instructions sent one or two days before arrival. Entry at any time from 3 pm (except from 15 June to 15 September - entry from 4 pm onwards). Entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of €20 if possible.

At the front of the kitchen is its large open-plan living room that fills with light from the large doors leading to the private terrace. The living room is beautifully decorated and has a large 4-seater sofa bed and air conditioning.

Large private terrace to enjoy at any time of the day where you will find an outdoor dining area for 4 people. Here you can enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the beach of Benalmádena.

Located at the front of this apartment is its spacious double bedroom with air conditioning, where you wake up to enjoy those impressive views. A large double wardrobe, and access to its terrace.

Just a few steps from the bedroom, there is a large recently modernised bathroom that is clean, bright and has a toilet and a shower with plenty of space for toiletries, etc.

We inform that the building staff, including reception, swimming pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, are not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.

Full access to common areas such as the 5 swimming pools with slides, gardens, sun loungers (additional charge), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open from Monday to Sunday.

Access to the complex by vehicle is permitted through the barriers, which are controlled by reception (please ring the bell).

The building has lifts.

Total access to the communal areas such as the 5 swimming pools with slides, gardens, sunbeds (for a fee), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open from Monday to Sunday. (Closed in winter)

CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 pm (except from 15 June to 15 September - entry from 4 pm onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of €20 if possible.

SWIMMING POOLS: Only one swimming pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance purposes, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°C)

Opening hours for swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closures.

PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.

Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.

Gym in the building, with supplement, direct payment at the gym.

Tourist animation in Benalmádena:

- Sea Life Aquarium - Located in Puerto Marina, it is a conservation and protection center for sharks inaugurated in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group.
