The kitchen includes: ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric water heater, toaster, etc. Bedding (sheets and towels) is included. Lift in the residential complex.

Full access to common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, sun loungers (with supplement), the bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor, open from Monday to Sunday.

Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.

CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 pm (except from 15 June to 15 September - entry from 4 pm onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of €20 if possible.

SWIMMING POOLS:
Complex with 5 swimming pools and park with slides!

Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaids' pool (heated to 23°).

The opening hours of swimming pools and slides may vary according to the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, and we cannot accept claims for this reason or for the closure of the swimming pools.

There is a supermarket located in the urbanisation, open every day, on the ground floor.

Are you coming with a baby? No problem, we will provide a cot (check the supplement).

PARKING: Parking space according to availability.

- Benalmádena Sea Life Aquarium - Located in the marina of Benalmádena, it is a conservation and protection centre for sharks opened in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.

- Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and Penguin - Park that houses the only Dolphinarium and Ice Penguins in Andalusia.

There are 1.3 km from Arroyo de la Miel station to Benalbeach: the Atenas gym is located in the urbanisation with daily and weekly rates that you can check directly with them. Taxi and bus stops are located at the entrance of the urbanisation.

This apartment in Benal Beach has one of the largest terraces in the complex with magnificent views of the sea and mountain from the dining room terrace. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants.

Near all services in the Benal beach complex just 50 mts from the beach. This spectacular apartment has a large double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a large living room with sofa bed that opens onto one of the largest terraces in the surrounding area.
